Roo bolognaise with garden salad

It’s levels of protein and zinc are similar to those of other meats, but it has more iron, twice as much vitamin B12 and higher levels of other B vitamins. Paired with pulse pasta, this dish is a heart-healthy meal that is high in protein paired with a healthy portion of carbohydrates yet low in sodium. 5 stars all round.
